Ingredients
  

1 large ripe apple (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith, sliced thin)

1 cup Brie cheese, cut into small wedges

1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed

1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Sea salt, for sprinkling

Optional: Chopped pecans or walnuts, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare Puff Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet into a rectangle about 1/8-inch thick. Cut the pastry into squares, approximately 4x4 inches.

      Assemble the Wraps: On the center of each pastry square, place a wedge of Brie cheese, a slice of apple, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and some fresh rosemary on top of the apple and cheese.

        Wrap It Up: Fold the corners of the pastry square toward the center to cover the filling, pinching the edges to seal the wraps securely.

          Add the Egg Wash: Brush the tops of the wrapped pastries with beaten egg to give them a golden color while baking.

            Sprinkle and Bake: Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the top of each wrap. For an extra crunch, optionally sprinkle some chopped pecans or walnuts. Place the wraps on the prepared baking sheet.
