2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or your choice of basil, oregano)

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved (bocconcini)

2 large tomatoes, sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

Optional: 1 avocado, sliced

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes for enhanced flavor.
