1 cup raw walnuts

1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (for a vegan option, use maple syrup)

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste for spice)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins (for a sweet contrast)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the nuts from sticking.

    Mix the Nuts and Seeds: In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

      Prepare the Coating: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon (if using). This will be the flavorful coating for your nuts.
