Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.

Bake: Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a large baking sheet, cut side down for maximum crispiness. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Add Parmesan: After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Using tongs, carefully flip the Brussels sprouts over. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the sprouts, then return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Finish and Serve: Once cooked, remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Give them a toss to combine, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm as a delicious side dish or a crispy snack!
