2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional for serving)
