4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (can use rotisserie chicken)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or romaine)

1/2 cup diced cucumbers

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.

    Take a large tortilla and spread a generous amount of the creamy lemon mixture over the entire surface, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.

      Layer a quarter of the shredded chicken over the spread, followed by a handful of mixed greens, diced cucumbers, and halved cherry tomatoes.

        Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring all the fillings are securely tucked inside.

          Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.

            Once all wraps are made, cut them in half diagonally and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley for an added pop of flavor and color.

              Serve immediately, or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours for a chilled option.
