Ingredients

2 cups snap peas, trimmed and halved

1 cup cucumbers, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Optional: Fresh dill sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Veggies: First, rinse the snap peas under cold water and trim both ends, then slice them in half. Dice the cucumbers, halve the cherry tomatoes, and finely chop the red onion. Place all these vegetables in a large mixing bowl.

Make the Dressing: In a separate mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh dill, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine: Pour the dressing over the snap pea mixture in the large bowl. Gently toss all the ingredients together until the snap peas and other vegetables are well-coated with the creamy dressing.

Add Cheese (Optional): If using feta cheese, sprinkle it over the salad and gently mix it in for added flavor.

Chill: Cover the salad and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve: Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs if desired. Enjoy your refreshing Creamy Dill Snap Pea Salad!
