1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 large cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Butter lettuce leaves or Romaine lettuce leaves for wrapping

Optional: avocado slices for topping

Cook the Chicken: In a medium skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, seasoning it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.

    Make the Creamy Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until you have a creamy dill sauce.

      Combine the Ingredients: Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. Then, fold the cooked chicken into the creamy dill sauce until well coated.
