2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup mixed salad greens (baby spinach, arugula, etc.)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 avocado, sliced

Optional: sliced jalapeños for heat

Prepare the Creamy Cilantro Sauce: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Adjust seasoning as needed.

    Mix the Chicken: In a separate bowl, combine the cooked chicken with half of the creamy cilantro sauce. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the remaining creamy cilantro sauce on each tortilla.
