Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 (16 oz) container refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well coated.

Arrange Biscuit Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters. You can roll them into small balls if you prefer. Spread half of the biscuit pieces evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Layer the Chicken Mixture: Pour the chicken and Alfredo mixture over the layer of biscuit dough. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture, covering it completely.

Add Remaining Biscuits: Arrange the remaining biscuit pieces on top of the cheese layer. You can leave spaces for the biscuits to rise, as they will puff up while baking.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
