1 head of cauliflower, riced (or 4 cups pre-riced cauliflower)

1 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (for a hint of spice)

Prepare the Cauliflower: If you're using a whole head of cauliflower, remove the leaves and stem. Cut it into florets and pulse it in a food processor until it resembles rice. Set aside.
