2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional for an extra kick)

2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.

      Stir in the buffalo wing sauce. Taste and adjust the spice level as needed, adding more sauce if you like it spicier.

        Add the shredded chicken to the mixture, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese, if using. Gently fold all the ingredients together until evenly combined.

          Transfer the mixture into a baking dish (an 8x8 dish works well). Spread it evenly with a spatula.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the edges start to turn golden.

              While baking, prepare your serving tray with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping.

                Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
