Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise for a richer taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup celery, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Lettuce leaves or whole grain wraps for serving

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky.

    Add the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado. Stir until well combined.

      In another large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, red onion, celery, and cilantro.

        Pour the creamy avocado mixture over the chicken mixture and gently fold until all ingredients are well coated.

          Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or lime juice as necessary.
