1/2 cup cooked chili (canned or homemade)

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/4 cup diced bell pepper (red or green)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking oil or butter, for frying

Optional toppings: avocado slices, sour cream, fresh cilantro

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined. Stir in the cooked chili, shredded cheese, diced green onions, and diced bell pepper.

    Cook the Eggs: In a large non-stick skillet, heat a small amount of cooking oil or butter over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, gently stirring and folding the mixture until the eggs are set but still slightly creamy. Remove from heat.
