Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to your heat preference)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Sliced green onions, for garnish

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or bread for serving

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add Chicken and Cheese: Fold in the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese until well incorporated.

Season It Up: Add the buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika (if using) to the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a medium baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle sliced green onions on top for a fresh touch. Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or sliced bread.
