1 cup fresh blueberries

2 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, and lettuce)

½ cucumber, diced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

¼ cup walnuts, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste
