Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: Chopped nuts or granola for added texture

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: If using fresh blueberries, rinse them under cold water and gently pat dry. Peel the bananas and slice them into smaller pieces for easier blending.

Blend the Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the sliced bananas, blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Add Texture (Optional): If you want a little crunch, gently fold in some chopped nuts or granola into the blended mixture.

Fill the Molds: Pour the blueberry-banana mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a tiny bit of space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.

Freeze the Popsicles: Place the filled molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold and Serve: To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to remove the popsicles. Enjoy immediately or store in a zip-top bag in the freezer for later!
