2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup diced tomatoes

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

4 large whole-wheat tortillas

Optional toppings: sliced jalapeños, cilantro, or red onion

Prepare the Avocado Ranch Dressing: In a mixing bowl, scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it with a fork until smooth. Stir in the Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, and lime juice until well combined. Adjust seasoning based on taste.

    Combine Chicken and Dressing: In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken and half of the avocado ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
