Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)

1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust sweetness to taste)

Zest of 1 lemon

Zest of 1 orange

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Citrus segments (for garnish - optional)

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon zest, orange zest, lemon juice, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Use a whisk to thoroughly blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Whip the Cream: In a separate chilled mixing bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip; the cream should be fluffy and light.

Fold it In: Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture using a spatula. Start with one-third of the whipped cream to lighten the yogurt mixture, then gently fold in the remaining whipped cream in two more additions. The goal is to keep it light and airy.

Chill: Spoon the airy citrus yogurt mixture into serving cups or bowls. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to firm up slightly.

Serve: Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator. Garnish each serving with fresh mint leaves and citrus segments if desired, adding a splash of color and freshness.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and savor the light, refreshing taste of your Airy Citrus Yogurt Clouds!
