1 lb (450g) fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey (optional for extra sweetness)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Salmon:

    - Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes (about 1-inch pieces). Season with salt and pepper.

      Marinate:

        - In a mixing bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Whisk until well blended.

          - Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them with the marinade. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour in the fridge for deeper flavor).

            Preheat the Air Fryer:

              - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. This step ensures the salmon bites cook evenly and get crispy.

                Air Fry the Salmon:
