Ingredients

2 medium zucchinis

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chipotle powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Slice the Zucchini: Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. This will ensure they cook evenly and become crispy.

Prepare the Seasoning: In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, and salt. Adjust the amount of chipotle powder according to your spice preference.

Coat the Zucchini: Add the zucchini slices into the bowl and toss them gently until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture. Ensure that each chip is evenly seasoned.

Air Fry the Chips: Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning. The chips should be golden brown and crispy.

Cool and Garnish: Once cooked, remove the zucchini chips from the air fryer and allow them to cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro if desired for an extra pop of flavor and color.

Serve: Enjoy the chipotle lime zucchini chips warm as a healthy snack or appetizer!
